Please fill out either the PDF application or the html application and paste it into or attach it to an e-mail and send it to our reliable address - ncwfarescue@sbcglobal.net. Please note: You should receive an acknowledgment of receipt of your application within three business days. If you do not get an acknowledgment with in three days, assume that your application has not been received by us. Please resubmit it to ncwfarescue@sbcglobal.net, and also cc your e-mail to milescross@gmail.com.
